We are creating a digital mural showing how people perceive prisons around the world. We invite everyone to produce a one-minute video in reply to this question: “Prison, what does it mean to you?”

How to participate

• Use your smartphone. Film in horizontal format
• Start recording and count two seconds before speaking. When the person stops talking, count two seconds before cutting the video
• Speak in any language you like
• Introduce yourself at the start of the video: your name, age, occupation, city and country
• Express yourself! But be sure to record somewhere quiet so we can hear what you have to say!
• Make sure that the face is well lit
